SHOW DESCRIPTION:
Somali Comedy Night a stand-up comedy show featuring the funniest up and coming talent from the Somali community. Mowhaaa is an international comedian from Somalia by way of Stockholm and has performed all over the world.
His style is a blend of rapid-fire jokes, animated storytelling, merciless roasts, and unique observations influenced by his immigrant upbringing. He started in Los Angeles and has been making waves, performing at all of the major comedy clubs including The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, and The Improv. Mowhaaa recently went viral for his appearance on Pop the Balloon, and has also been featured on Kill Tony, and Donnelle Rawlings’ "I Might Need Therapy". Mowhaaa has opened for some of the best
comedians in the industry including Kevin Hart, Theo Von, Andrew Schultz, Donnelle Rawlings, and recently toured Canada with Canada’s Got Talent Finalist, Sterling Scott. Mowhaaa can also be seen acting in commercials, television, and films; having shared with screen with Somali actor Barkhad Abdi from Captain Phillips. Audiences enjoy his unique perspective and wild stories about living in America.
Menu Requirement: Minimum of 2 menu items food or beverage per person in the showroom.
Age Restrictions: Early Show: 16+/ Late Show: 18+
Arrival Guidelines:
- To ensure the best seating and prompt food and beverage service, we recommend arriving early.
- Doors open 1 hour before the early shows and 30 minutes before the late shows.
- Third party tickets will not be honored. ID may be requested and must match ticketholder’s name must match name on ticket.
Group Arrivals:
- For groups of 4 or more, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime to avoid potential seating separation.
Fees:
- Service fees and taxes will be applied at checkout.
- Groups of 6 or more will incur a 20% automatic gratuity in the showroom. Gratuity is not charged on tickets purchased.
Ticket Policies:
- Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
